Premchand Jayanti is celebrated every year on 31 July to commemorate the birth anniversary of Munshi Premchand, one of India's greatest Hindi and Urdu writers. His stories and novels highlighted social issues such as poverty, equality, justice, and humanity. To honor his literary contributions, Government PVHSS Perumkulm is organizing a special Hindi Assembly and a Quiz Competition based on his life and works. This celebration encourages students to appreciate literature, improve their knowledge of Hindi, and draw inspiration from Premchand's timeless values and ideas.

This innovative classroom approach improved students' participation, map-reading skills, critical thinking, and geographical understanding. The Indian Space Odyssey Quiz Competition is a special event organized at Govt. PVHSS Perumkulam by SVMCTE, Vendar Students to celebrate India's remarkable achievements in space exploration. The quiz highlights the inspiring journey of ISRO, from the launch of Aryabhata in 1975 to the historic Chandrayaan-3 Moon landing in 2023. As part of the B.Ed. school induction programme, I attended the morning assembly at Government PVHSS Perumkulam. The assembly began with students standing class-wise in an orderly manner. It included the school prayer, pledge, thought for the day, news reading, and important announcements by the teachers. The Headmaster addressed the students and emphasized discipline, punctuality, cleanliness, and good values. Teachers supervised the assembly, ensuring that all students participated actively. The programme helped me understand the daily functioning of the school, the importance of morning assemblies in developing discipline and unity, and the role of teachers in maintaining an effective school environment. It was a valuable learning experience during my school induction programme.

As part of the school induction programme, I participated in a Yoga Card Craft activity with the students. The activity aimed to promote awareness of yoga and encourage creativity. Students prepared attractive greeting cards featuring different yoga postures, motivational quotes, and colourful decorations using chart paper and craft materials.I guided the students throughout the activity by explaining the importance of yoga for physical and mental well-being and assisting them in designing the cards. The students actively participated with great enthusiasm, worked cooperatively, and displayed their creativity. The completed yoga cards were exhibited in the classroom, creating awareness about healthy living and the value of regular yoga practice.This activity enhanced students' creativity, teamwork, fine motor skills, and appreciation for a healthy lifestyle.

The programme aimed to create awareness about the importance of yoga for physical and mental well-being. The second week of my teaching training has begun successfully. During this week, I continue to teach Social Science classes using learner-centred methods and suitable teaching aids. I focus on improving classroom management, student participation, and effective communication. Daily lesson plans are prepared, activities are conducted, and students' learning is assessed through questioning and classroom tasks. This teaching practice is helping me gain confidence and develop my professional teaching skills.

As part of my B.Ed. teaching training, I conducted a Social Science class for the students. The lesson was planned according to the learning objectives and the students' level of understanding. I began the class with an interesting introduction and used questioning techniques to motivate the learners.

As part of the School Induction Programme, I actively participated in the distribution of the midday meal to students. This activity helped me understand the importance of the Mid-Day Meal Scheme in promoting students' health, nutrition, and regular school attendance. I served food to the students while ensuring cleanliness, discipline, and equal distribution. The experience allowed me to interact closely with the children and observe the school's daily routine. It also strengthened my sense of responsibility, empathy, and service as a future teacher. Participating in this activity was a meaningful and memorable part of my induction programme.
