As part of the B.Ed. school induction programme, I attended the morning assembly at Government PVHSS Perumkulam. The assembly began with students standing class-wise in an orderly manner. It included the school prayer, pledge, thought for the day, news reading, and important announcements by the teachers. The Headmaster addressed the students and emphasized discipline, punctuality, cleanliness, and good values. Teachers supervised the assembly, ensuring that all students participated actively. The programme helped me understand the daily functioning of the school, the importance of morning assemblies in developing discipline and unity, and the role of teachers in maintaining an effective school environment. It was a valuable learning experience during my school induction programme.
