Sri Vidyadhiraja Model College of Teacher Education, Vendar, Kottarakkara organized a workshop on Theatre Practice on 5th February 2026 at 10.00 a.m. in the College Seminar Hall. The programme aimed to introduce student teachers to the fundamentals of theatre and its relevance in education. The workshop was led by the resource person, Priyatha Bharathan, Teacher, Sabarigiri College of Education, Anchal. Through interactive sessions and practical demonstrations, the workshop helped participants understand the creative, expressive, and pedagogical aspects of drama. The programme inspired students to explore theatre as a powerful tool for communication, self-expression, and effective classroom teaching.
